2. IMEI Verification Service
The NEIR BTRC IMEI verification service is provided by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission for informational purposes. The service is available free of charge and operates on a 24/7 basis.
We strive to provide accurate and timely information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all data in our database.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the system
- Not use automated tools or bots to access the service
- Not share false or misleading IMEI information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to breach security measures
- Using the service to verify stolen or illegal devices
- Misrepresenting device ownership
- Distributing malware or harmful content
- Harassment or abuse of BTRC staff
5. Limitation of Liability
BTRC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the NEIR service. This includes loss of data, revenue, or profits.

BTRC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service for any user who violates these terms or engages in prohibited activities.
7. Changes to Terms
BTRC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
